Cook for yourself

All rooms are equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and egg cooker. In addition there is a bread service and home-made products, as well as products from the region so you can prepare your own breakfast in peace and quiet.

Price conditions and reductions

Prices are for stays of 7 nights or more. For shorter stays, a surcharge will be charged. For each additional person we charge 10.00 € / night.

The local tax is Euro 2.50 per person per day (from 14 years) The local tax is not included in the price and will be collected locally.

Payment: You can pay us with cash for amounts below Euro 3.000, as well as by bank transfer.

Damage: The lessee is liable for any damage to property.

Prices: Per day, for a fully furnished apartment / room with balcony or terrace, electricity, heating, bed linen and final cleaning.

We would like to point out that in our apartments or rooms smoking is not permitted. The respective balcony or terrace is available for this purpose.

Pets

For your four-legged family member we charge 15,00 € per day (without food)
Please bring a basket or blanket for your pet. We ask you not to leave the pets unattended in the apartment.

Please note: The booking is made by paying a deposit
(Booking security) or by sending a written confirmation of booking legally binding.

We ask you to leave the apartment / room swept. The cost of final cleaning is included in the price. But if the apartment / room is not swept clean, we charge a flat rate of 40.00 euros.

Arrival and departure conditions

Arrival: On the arrival day, the accommodations are ready from 3 pm. If you arrive earlier: The Gasthaus Oachnerwirt with good food and a great playground for your children is nearby. In case of delay (arrival after 8 pm) we look forward to hearing from you.

Departure: On the day of departure, the apartment / room must be vacated by 9 am. Other departure times only on request, and after our confirmation.

The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation, but will be retained as compensation. In addition, the cancellation policy below applies.

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB
It is expressly based on the provisions of law Art. 45-67 of the Italian
Consumer Code GvD 206/2005.
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian consumer protection code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal to the following cancellation conditions within the meaning of Art. 1382 ZGB:

Up to 240 days before the start of the holiday you can cancel free of charge. Only the deposit will be retained. In case of a later cancellation we charge the following percentage of the tour price as cancellation fees. From the 239th day to the 60th day before departure: 70% From the 59th day to the 30th day before departure: 85% From the 29th day until the arrival: 100% If the guest does not appear ("noshow") ) or in case of early departure of the guest is the fee for the entire booking period.

Please inform us in time if you are unable to begin your holiday.

Travel cancellation insurance

Cancellation is unpleasant for both parties, so we recommend that you book the "Cancellation Protection" at the same time as you book your stay.
